Barbecue Chicken Sliders
(Serves
4, 1 slider each.)
• 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
• 1/4 cup homemade or favorite store-bought barbecue sauce
• 4 slider buns or small rolls
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or ranch dressing
• 4 slider buns or small rolls
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or ranch dressing
• 1/2 cup shredded carrots
• 1/2 cup shredded romaine lettuce

Slice each bun in half. Spread the mayonnaise or ranch dressing on the top half of each bun.
Top the bottom half of
the buns with the chicken mixture. Top
with carrots and lettuce.
